Amazing show of support for Jensen and his run for Larimer County Commissioner
Saturday, March 28, 2020 (Fort Collins, CO)- Jeff Jensen, candidate for Larimer County Commissioner, moves unopposed onto the Primary ballot as the only Republican candidate for Larimer County Commissioner District 2.
In an odd turn of events, Republican Assemblies all over the state, had to be changed to accommodate new rules regarding COVID-19. The Larimer County GOP made the decision to mail ballots to people across the county. “I want to thank the fantastic team at the LCRP (Larimer County Republican Party), for what they were able to do under incredibly difficult circumstances,” Jensen says.
Jeff is ready to get to work to get elected in November. “I have been saying from the beginning of my campaign that we need to be thinking long-term, meaning what Larimer County looks like beyond 2020.” Jeff overwhelmingly secured over 70% of the vote needed through the County Assembly process.
“I want to recognize the overwhelming support that I have received from the voters in Larimer County, along with those on Team Jensen. We’ve worked so hard to reach out to as many people as we can,” says Jeff. “We have had to change the way we do things a little bit, but this team has come up with some innovative solutions, and great ideas. That is what leaders do.”
